This year's charity festival was almost cancelled, but a new venue has been found, The Exchange Hotel, Farnham, Surrey (opposite Farnham railway station). Bands due to play include Juice and 4play, (friday pm), Ciao Buddha : Dayglo Pirates, The : Flying Tigers, The : Jackie Lynton Band : True Deceivers, The : UK Blues Project, The. (Saturday from 12.30pm). Proceeds go to Lord Mayor Treloars, a charity that helps physically and mentally disabled children. There’s loads of parking, although not free, and a beer tent with several real ales, a spit roast and plenty for the kids to do.
